We take very seriously your privacy so as a member you are protected by the appropriate Australian laws governed by the Australin Privacy Act 1988

We admit to no legal liability that you submit or offer interaction with other business owners, as you do so as a trading entity/member of Trade Gate. 1/1 Information Collection
Personal Information are details collected of information or an opinion that identifies an individual or a member. Examples of Personal Information of Trade Gate that may be collected, includes names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers and credit cards.
1. (i) This personal information is obtained/collected in many ways including presentations, interviews, correspondence by telephone, emails, or our website, media of which we cannot control, other printed or electronic media. Please note we cannot control at times either external website links.
(ii) We provide services so that our members can interact with each other, through Trade Gate accordingly.
(iii) When sensitive information is collected, we take this very seriously, we consider a person’s ethnicity, religion, political opinions, trade unions, philosophical opinions and beliefs, professional bodies or health authorities as something we will adhere to the Privacy’s Act especially.
(iv) In order for us to provide our services, we need to obtain your personal information as disclosed in 1/1 so that we can contact you, bring your services to other members attention and to make the appropriate payments.
2/1 Disclosure of Personal Information
1. We may disclose your personal information in a number of ways.
(i) Third parties where you accept, we may disclose the information.
(ii) When decided by Australian law.
(iii) You accept that to use your information, provides the very reason you wish to/become a member.
3/1 Security
1. Your information is stored in such a manner that:-
(i) Cannot be reasonably intercepted or attacked or found out.
(ii) That we display/apply all attempts to reasonably display our actions to protect such important information accordingly. This means adopting electronic virus protection.
(iii) These measures are and can be accounted by our IT department. This may also include extra protective conditions, whereby an external contractor supplies even more protection.
(iv) Eagle Wealth Strategies or Trade Gate, accept no responsibility or are liable for anything that is for sale. Any recourse of action against the seller by the purchaser, concerning improperly described goods, will be between these two entities alone. Though we will try to mediate should any anomalies occur.
(v) However, when Trade Gate lists an item for sale on our website, please refer to section
4/1 concerning our return policies herein or looking up Return Policy in our Terms and Conditions, also listed in the footer of this website.
(vi) As long as you are a member, your information regarding transacting etc. will be stored for seven years. However, should you not be a member, for whatever reason, your information provided shall remain, though abolished after seven years.,
4/1 Return Policy
1. When Trade Gate lists items for sale in our On-Line store please note our return policy.
(i) That we have listed whether the item is new or second hand.
(ii) That we have listed your contact details for another member to connect with you.
(iii) That your information will appear on your monthly statement both for seller and for purchaser. This includes the amount of the sale/purchase.
(iv) That we adhere to the Australian laws for the return of goods.
(v) If it is a new item, we may or may not accept a return if the sale is over one calendar month old. But it depends on members with each other to resolve issues accordingly. A seller or a buyer are responsible for interaction, outside of our price setting procedures.
(vi) However, if you receive the goods and you notice they are damaged, you must inform us within 48 hours of their condition.
(vii) At times transport can affect the way an item is delivered, i.e. the condition they may have incurred damage thereof. We will try to help parties involved to find a resolution.
(viii) If you have notified us within the 48-hour period, you must arrange to have it send back to us, at our PO Box address. This is listed at the bottom of the page.
(ix) For items within the one-month period of nonperishable goods, so long as you have met our return policy, you will receive a T$ credit for the sale amount in full, if it is listed as an in-house sale i.e. ‘item owned and sold by Trade Gate’.
(x) If the goods are claimed to be faulty after the initial one-month period, we have the right to decide whether or not we accept a full refund, or whether we apply a full refund in T$ for up to twelve months, or one calendar year. Thereafter, no returns are accepted.
5/1 Change of Information
1. Should you experience a change of information, that we have collected and appropriately used, you must inform us in writing. You must detail your new address, phone number and anything that affects us and other members to fully comply with all Terms and Conditions of the Trading Program.
6/1 Access
1. You may access information held by us at any time.
(i) Under Australian rule, conditions apply. You may not lie or disclose inaccurate information.
(ii) Should you wish to change any information.
(iii) We will give you access and communicate with you, changes that you confirm.
